· VH 3 Humanized VL pairings, resulting in (9) humanized antibodies
· Humanized variants assigned T20 score to assess humanness
· Each humanized VH and VL pair as well as the parental VH and VL will be formatted with a human FC of the Client's choosing from Curia’s standard hIgG1, hIgG2, or hIgG4 backbone
· Purified IgGs will be assayed for Kinetics analysis or EC50 determination
